Felix Bucinell, CMCA, AMS
Senior Vice President
Felix Bucinell has been involved in real-estate development and property management for more than 30 years. He joined Sudler in 1997.
Felix’s broad institutional knowledge base gets tapped on a daily basis in ways small and large. From helping building engineers solve a vexing mechanical issue to keeping condominium boards abreast of every phase of facility management, he is up to the task. Felix has managed a wide array of capital projects including window upgrades, roof replacements, and plumbing riser renewal. In one case, he managed a building’s comprehensive mechanical-system replacement, completely financed with the resulting energy savings. Felix is respected both by his clients and his teams for his openness, his approachability, and his honesty.
Felix is certified by the Community Association Institute (CAI), and has earned the Certified Manager of Community Association (CMCA) and Association Management Specialist (AMS) designations. He is also a licensed Illinois Community Association Manager (CAM).
Felix enjoys exploring new neighborhoods, trying new ethnic foods, and working on home-improvement projects in his spare time. He delights in a large, extended family, and looks forward to their annual reunions.
