Executive Vice President

Bob is an Executive Vice Presisdent, a Senior Account Supervisor and is involved in a variety of industry associations.

Bob has been a key part of Sudler Property Management for over 40 years. Originally hired as a property manager for a Gold Coast condo association, over the years his portfolio grew to include properties ranging in size from 12 to 640 units. From window replacement, to mechanical and plumbing retro-fits, epoxy pipe-lining, balcony and roof projects Bob has seen, and helped associations successfully manage it all.

Bob is actively engaged in a wide variety of industry associations including the Apartment Building Owners and Managers Association (ABOMA), Community Association Institute (CAI), and the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM). This involvement helps him keep his “ear to the ground” for industry best practices. Association boards benefit with strategic insights to improve management, and drive cost savings. Since 1997 Bob has served on the ABOMA union contract-negotiating committee for both the doorman and janitor unions. He is also a Trustee on the SEIU Local #1 Health, Welfare & Pension Fund (for residential janitors and door staff).

In 2010, Governor Quinn appointed Bob to the Community Association Manager Licensing and Disciplinary Board, where he became the chairman and longest serving member prior to stepping down from the position.
